Microinfusion treatment is a highly effective skin improvement procedure that will result in a noticeable improvement in your radiance, a reduction in your fine lines and an overall refreshed complexion within one to two days. We recommend a Micro-Infusion treatment every 2 weeks. However, you can also use it once a week for best results!

Glowholic's micro-infusion treatment allows you to experience minimal discomfort and maximum results! Although the needles themselves are longer than most at-home microneedling systems (making them more effective), the ultra-fine needles are thinner than a human hair, making for a virtually pain-free treatment experience. The ultra-fine needles, which are only 0.5mm long, may cause some mild discomfort or pins and needles at first, but you'll quickly get used to them.

We recommend that you perform the treatment in the evening before going to bed. After the treatment, you can optionally apply a moisturizer. It is advisable to apply a moisturizer in the following 24 hours after the treatment.

You can expect to be able to use the serums included in the kit with the infusion system indefinitely. However, each needle head is intended for single use per treatment and should be disposed of afterward. This way, the risk of possible infection is minimized.

Once you have completed your treatment, follow the cleaning instructions below:

• Unscrew the needle head with the attached cap and dispose of it safely.
• Wash the bottle with water and a mild detergent.
• Allow the device to air dry completely on a clean surface before storing it away.
• Open a brand new needle head package and place the needle head on the bottle. Make sure your hands are clean and do not open the needle head cap.

The serums are valid until 2027. Opened serums must be used within 3 days.

If you order before 5:00 p.m. (CET), the processing time is 1-2 working days. Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Switzerland, Germany and Austria within 7 - 12 working days after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). In the event of unusual logistical problems, it may take a few working days longer. Rest assured that your order is always in the best hands and will be delivered safely to your address.

Your package usually leaves our shipping center 1 - 2 days after your order.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with a tracking link.

If the package shows signs of "damage", it is advisable to check whether all ordered items are present and whether they themselves also show "damage".

If all items are intact and present, no further action is required.
